As far as the RR goes. Great. As far as the ride getting there and home, even better. On the way home to Nebraska, taking route 136 all the way west, those of you to the west, ought to stop at some of those Amish ladies baked goods. road side stands. I did, and they have some really good breads and rolls. A Rolley Polley back road, but was a nice drive.

Had a sister in Illinois baby sit my puppy for the week-end, but it was good to have her beside me for the ride back home. She's tired, I'm tired, but as usual, the Rust Revival is on my to do list every year.


Breeder, are you going to get me a gold watch for my tenth year attendance when it rolls around?

I was diggin the survivor red 28-29 roadster. Whats the story on it?

 

i use these "crap rod "pictures in class to show students that not all ideas are good ones.

 

It was my first time to RR and had a great time. We cruised up about 200 miles from just south of St.Louis and enjoyed the weekend. I posted about 70 pictures on facebook and posted a link on the rust revival page.

There was a good mix of cars with some that I'd rather not look at. LOL

Looking forward to next year, hopefully next year I don't get pulled over at 11pm for a full sobriety test just outside of Wayland. That SUCKED... I passed everything and they let me go but it was pretty ridiculous. I had 3 beers all day... oh well, good time overall.

 

Man it never ceases to amaze me what come people cobble together and call "hot rods"

Some of that shit is so bad....I would'nt piss on it if it was on fire but rather let it burn to the ground.

Dude, you did a fantastic job on that! I was doubtful in the begining but I was way off the mark.

 

Doubts cool,the concept was out of the box.I'm happy with the results.

 

So what would my truck be considered -- junk, hot rod, rat rod, etc.?
