Hi I need help! For my rodster project, I need a dodge Hemi rebuild Kit. I found it on e-bay motors. A "star seller", Falcon Global at Jacksonville in Florida. I contact them via e-bay in the January begining, good contact, I give the mesurment for the piston and bearing. They announce me 10 to 14 waiting day for the pistons.... I'm ok, I can wait.... 15 days later, I send a message to have news, but no answer.... I send severals ohter message.... no answer.... I receive a message from e-bay, how inform me that the seller e-mail, isn't valid!!! My problem is: I have only the "e-bay message" to communicate with them! So I can't finalise my order... On the e-bay cl***ified, there is their phone number, but I don't speak well enough to phone I Florida, I will don't understand anything So, somebody know this seller, Falcon Global (spe******t in engine parts)??? Have you an e-mail address? or a fax number??? Oui, je sais qu'il y a d'autres possibilités, dont Kanter, Hot Heads, ou autres, c'est juste que ce vendeur e-bay a des prix tres attractifs et vu son profil et feedback, ca parrait serieux..... et puis, il y a eu un tres bon contact au debut, donc je ne comprends pas trop ce problème de communication. J'ai encore rien payé, mais je me suis tout de meme un peu engagé, donc j'aurais aimé continué dans cette voie.... dans la mesure du possible evidement.... sinon, je trouverais bien quelqu'un qui se débrouille en anglais pour p***er un coup de fil, comme ca, je serais fixé! --------------------------------------------------- I know that I can find this with Kanter or other shop, but this e-bay seller make attractive price and have a really good feedback!!!! and our first contact were very good, so I try, if possible to order with this seller... Here's a tip: You should use ebay messaging to communicate with buyer/seller because if you file a dispute, ebay will only look at ebay messages for evidence. I made the mistake of "taking it private" once. I ended up winning the dispute, but it would have been a lot easier if they saw the private email chain.

If you have already paid for the items from the seller then lodge a dispute with ebay. If not use Kanter. Sometimes good customer service and reliability costs a little more but your time chasing fools is always time wasted.
Hot Hemi Heads....very good communications and nice parts.....Bob Walker is very helpful and know Hemi stuff real well. Bought my 325 Dodge hemi parts from him and was very satisfied
A cool Hamber's will try to phone for me, I wait and I hope it will be positive..... other than, I will order with Hot hemi Heads.....
