The project is coming along well.

Something you might consider to avoid mouse damage. When you have all the upholstery and padding off of the seat frames, you can add a layer of steel wire mesh to the frames underneath the coverings, that way mice can't chew through it from underneath. Granted, your damage looks like they were chewing from the outside, but anything to prevent mouse damage is a plus in my book.

Friggin amazing work!I'm diggin the overall idea for the Edsel, and the caps look killer. The interior is looking good too,but I would paint those trim caps to match the interior (just giving an idea, but maybe you already thought of it).Keep up the amazing work.

Yer folks rock! And it looks like Mom has a jump on a mail order custom interior biz- just have the customers mail in traced paper templates of the door panels, etc...
The car is looking great. Kudos to all who have and are helping-this is the American spirit hard at work!

    Just wait til tomorrow ;)

She's as ready as she's gonna be before Round-Up. . .Tomorrow we're shooting black epoxy primer on her (2nd coat of primer). . .

So, last pics before Round-Up, where we'll do the big "unveiling" of her paint at this point:

Just makin' mischief, like I always seem to ;):D

I'm not happy with the way her hood is turning out at this point, but since I'm not rushing to paint, we'll fix it in the next round. . .

Ending the marathon paint journey. . .and have only been able to do so with a ton of help from some really wonderful people. . .

    Can't begin to thank y'all enough. . .
