I chopped this 34 for a friend in @ '78. I did the body work and paint as well. It did not have fenders on it when I got finished with what the owner wanted done. He sold it a year or so later and it wound up in Missouri. A friend of mine in St. Louis area bought it at auction yesterday. It had been over there since '81. I was really saurprised to discover that it was the one I did. This tells me there is hope of finding a car we once owned long ago. So, I will post a pic of the 34 3 window as well as my old green tudor. I;d love to know the fate of the tudor. I was told by ywo different people that it went to Missouri as well. Here's hoping. GOOD! timwit, curious what triggered " that is one I built" since with the fenders it looks different. I would think! Ben
I would hope it's a case of he did small things that he was very pleased with, but if he's a perfectionist, it may be a flaw nobody but him spots.
dI mentioned to the new owner that I has painted the gas tank body color and had an old Ford V8 pinstripped on it....he sent me this picture. Zoom in
