T-Roy, we're in the same boat. I need a 7. But 7 1/4 should work. If they're wool, they can be shrunk for a better fit i'm guessing.

How do you go about shrinking them? I just got mine a couple of days ago and its a little big. I got the 7 1/4 because it was the smallest one availible.

I would like to shrink it but I dont want to ruin it.

    Got any tips??

George, the way i've done mine in the past was to get the warmest water possible from your tap and wet down the "headband" area. Sometimes I wet the whole cap, but that never seemed to change the effect. CAREFUL: Some ball caps still use a cardboard brim and water will usually ruin it! Keep the water off the brim! I wet the headband area, sometimes stuff the hat tight with some wadded up shirts and blow-dry. Don't need to blow-dry, but it speeds it up. My methods work for me, but take the advice at your own risk. A Google search will bring tons of results on shrinking wool caps, as well.

Damn!! 7 1/4 is sold out!! Well isn't that just the cat's ass...

Any chance these great hats will be restocked?? Being a ball-cap guy I need one!
