I've only spent like 7 months of my life living in an apartment, which was last year. Then I realized I'd rather live in a little shack than in an crappy apartment. ESPECIALLY an apartment without a garage!

no, I'm selling a couple off... I wont have ROOM... I already did a gas-pedal-assisted U turn at the old place today... start up and warm up the motorcycle inside my parking stall... DISREGARD the 25 mph speed limit now... they have 29 more days of me! As soon as the LOS gets moved to the new place, the vw bus comes into the stall, goes up on stands and gets new brakes... so it can help me move, then get itself sold... If they (vw and caddillac) dont get sold before I move entirely out, they're still gonna get parked on that street still... fuckit, public place, and I have permits!
burndup, congrats on the new shop, oops i mean house. since we're already this far o/t i have been wondering somthing for awhile. maybe you can help. i was wondering what it cost to rent/buy a house in cali. i know different areas will have different prices. but just in general. for example; you can buy a house here (ky) say 1500 square feet, 3 bedrooms 2 baths anywhere from $80,000 to $120,000. how does that compare?
My grandparents house in Simi Valley is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car garage, with a small backyard, and a decent sized office thing is about 2,000 sq. feet, and they bought it for $379,000 last year!!!!
