Well, i managed to get the afternoon off and was planning on tinkering around the garage at one of the Model A's ..... most likely my Rpu when Glen showed up. So the sedan which was marked for a haircut became the victim of the afternoon. Now remember i aint now wonder welder and i fall into the rookie catagory when it comes to building hot rods, but its my car and i can do what i want what ever way i want.... so let the screwing up and fixing up begin! I had the body marked 6 5/8 inches...but got cold feet over the amount so i kept it to 5 5/8 (i had a template sheered was supposed to be 6.5...but didnt end up that way...lol) Glen thought maybe we should go even a little lighter on the chop..... but, i felt that i was happy with my decision so... thats that! The last check of the measurements before its to late... This is the money shot..... Tried to do a little convincing that we could chop another one! And i am super happy with my mail slot back window! Hope to get the welding finished tomorrow....then maybe fill the roof and poke her back in the corner and try and finish up the Rpu... Maybe more tommorrow! Leon
