    great pics and history of the famous Teixeira Willys--I used to watch it run at Raisin City as well. Used to give Neal rides to the BigTop drive-in in Madera about 1960-61 in my 57 Pontiac--my memory (now foggy) seems to also recall a candy colored 35 or 36 Ford pickup that they ran as well.
    Glad someone has it that will put this piece of hsitroy together as it should be.

    Rollbar mounts are on the frame and flanges are ready for the tubing. The rollbar has to be removable for chroming.

    Your not, but I know pictures can do weird things and a few times I have questioned "original parts" some people got really pissed.

    Fabbed up the pedal assembly, Fred used 40 Ford levers. Note the original master cyl.

    Started trimming and fitting the Rollbar, it was bent up by master racing chassis builder Steve Kent.....I bet my pipe cutter can kick your pipe cutters ass!!....LOL
