Picked up this cowl in a package deal at the swap meet. No one seems to know for sure lots of conjecture and I can't answer it so far looking online. Anybody recognize the details enough to ID make, model, year? Dont know what I'll do with it yet might be shop/yard art with an address panel in the w/s frame. Just for fun, interested to see how long it takes to get the answer.

I like how you have a tiny picture of the overall part, just to make it more challenging for us.

here's a "blown up" and cropped version of that little picture, but not much resolution.

someone could look at pictures of closed cars, and see how the external details compare.

sorry thought the overall img thought it would display bigger but it was cropped from a group pic of the t-bucket stuff I bought. That firewall detail looks amazingly "on it" and in just 24 minutes awesome, does anybody have a clue if the Hupmobile had that style cowl vent and what year. For now we are going with HUP. Based on 3 hinges and the style W/S top I was also going with a closed car/truck. Closest I could come on the vent was 32 ford but the firewall beads are "all" wrong and the W/S post details are a lil bit off. Come on someone dare meet to fab a T-bucket tub go with it for a 'bucket rat. Need to find that '50's nailhead for at least 1 bucket & also would like to do flatty bucket. so many projects so little time...

I had a 29 Hup many years ago. Major basket case, it is long gone now, no pics to compare.
