I did some trading/bartering with a fellow HAMB member (thank you Hammeredt) and ended up with a 29' cowell and doors (cut sedan ones). I am still collecting parts and planing the direction. I think I want to make it a closed truck cab but the "A" pillars are long gone. I have been unable to locate reproductions or O.E. ones, without getting another cowell. Is there a manufacturer out there that makes the "A" pillar? I have seen the trim pieces are being remade. Hope fully I can find some cheep body parts at the swap meet in MA this weekend, budget is thin with this and the 37.
I've got some 27 T coupe A pillars that should work. Pm me if interested. I don't think they are repoped!
If you don't find anything at the swap meet. I should be able to help you. This sunday I went to Louisville to get all the parts for a roof off a 29 sedan the owner cut off to build a tub and it included the windshield posts with the piece that goes across the top that I probably won't need. My A has the posts just no roof.
