Event Coverage A.S.S. up north? BLEED live at the Pile Up!!!!

The Pile Up is super important to me. I've been to all of them etc..... watched them grow..... my roadster was even on the first T shirt..... man it seems like a lifetime ago!

Bleed played at the first Pile Up. It was awesome..... everyone knew eveybody and it was basically a bad *** party at Drew's shop. It was pretty exciting to real Hot Rods from all over in one spot....... it was OUR show. I miss those days.

I am super proud to see what it has become, everyone involved has done such an amazing job........ its crazy to see how we have grown up since then..... well most of us.... haha

I was a little worried I was't going to make it this year...... The Speed Shop is pretty busy and I have run out of excusses to go home, so I came up with a plan.

I pretty much BEGGED the shop to vend........... and it worked! haha its ON!

So for the first time ever, Austin Speed Shop is leaving Texas.

This a big deal for us, we have this crazy image and we are doing our best to live up to it, but image aside, we are just a little shop and its hard to get away...... it really is.

John is super excited to meet everyone...... yesterday he was like "aaaaah do I need a Jacket?" I was like "You are going to be colder than you have ever been, and you are going to LOVE it".... hahaha

So anyway stop by the *** booth and give John a Hug...........

Personally I can't wait to feel real fall, its still like 90 here...... I think I might pull out my "Brown Fur" hoody...... Its vintage you know...




So after I was sure we were going to make it, I wondered if I could get the Band to play.... its been a few months since we played so we are overdue..... I made a few calls, crossed my fingers and again....... its worked.

BLEED is playing live at the Pile Up.... I think this will be the third time... I can't wait.... We play Sat night at the bar...... I can't remember the name of it right now.... but you know... the BAR.

I can't wait!




The coolest part of the trip is I will be able to see my dad....... i really miss that guy.

This is like waiting for Christmas. The closer the day of the Pileup gets the longer the days and nights are. we are now down to 3 days and a wake up call and the Hunnert has arrived. Praise the Lowered!!!

 

I am upset that I am not going to be able to go this year. Last year was my first and I thought that I would not miss it this year, but things change. You guys go and double up on the fun for me. Next year.

Yeah, the pic that ended up being the inspiration for the first pileup shirt.. Bobs roadster at the cheater show back in '01? 2 of em nose to nose. I wear that shirt .. like once a year

I am super excited that *** will be there.. they can see how we do it midwestern style.. all up in the 815 yo. with all the *** grabbin and reacharounds and midgets We hope you guys have a good time and sell enough to cover the gas.

It will be a little chilly.. we have some heaters for the bar.. be sure to bring a jacket.. or a windbreaker.. I heard a rumor that Jester was digging in his closet for some long pants.

Bleed will rock.. there is no doubt.. Morris will stagger under the full on Bleed ***ault. And that night will go on in infamy. Bleed is a closer, you have to make em bat cleanup.

And yet another reason to be excited about this coming weekend......getting a chance to see Bleed play amidst the shananigans in downtown Morris on Saturday night.....thanks for pulling yourselves together, Bob, and committing to make the trip out to help us party!

We are super duper stoked that A.S.S. is coming to the show and more importantly the Bleed is playing at the Red Cent.

Normally Friday is the bigger night at the bar, but we are hoping that the Almighty BLEED will convince some of you to get a 3rd or 4th wind and party just as hard on Saturday night despite the long treks home on Sunday.

I have a feeling that Saturday night is going to be legendary.... hope I don't fall and break anything.

Hold on to yer nute! It's Pileup week!
