Hey guys Ive got a 61 belvedere with a 318 wideblock and 3 speed push button a488 trans.The trans is toast needing alot of other parts that a rebuild kit doesn't provide.My question is what other options do I have for a trans with the least amount of hassle? The motor is less then 600 miles so I'd like to keep instead of a full motor/trans swap.I'm a bit confused on what I can use and what would have to be modified to make it work.Any help would be greatly appreciated!
