This is my '34 Coupe as it was leaving my parents house in Christchurch, New Zealand, it was stored there while I was in the UK and I sold it. I wish I knew where it was now. Behind the trunk lid you can see the 350, 4-bolt, 010 block and beside it the Chevy rear end. Sometime in its past life it had a small block chevy in it, the firewall was cut for the distributor but now welded back in. In the back of this pickup I can see the boxed frame rails sticking out, I had a Model A front crossmember to go in. The bellhousing for the Muncie M21, AP5 Valiant rear springs, boxes of new shocks, a set of American Racing daisy pattern mag wheels, new seat frames and a set of links for the four bar, drop tube front end.
damn, looking at this amazes me and makes me want to puke and cry at the same time. if i was president, the first thing i would do is make it illegal by a five hundred dollar fine to scrap any car older than 1972. then i would start a movement to get all of these abused cars back on the road. like a reversed "cash for clunkers" thing.
I saw this car sitting on the side of a stock dam on the reservation. I took a closer look and saw this...
I have a lot of these most are on film only, I seek these out in the forest areas around town for shoots. Posted from the TJJ App for iPhone & iPad
I've posted some of these before, I made the mistake of not getting the Model A with the monster tires!
Thats funny! I was just cruising this thread and saw the pics on page #2 ! The 33 1-1/2 ton is now parked in my yard! I also remember the diamond T sitting just up the road from where the 33 used to sit!
