In my Kaiser is it's original Continental engine, now I got a crazy idea to change a bigger flatsix engine in it, with many carbs. Anyone have knowledge about these engines? Kaisers engine is f-engine, is there bigger f-engines than 226? And how much bigger ones is available? Is the bellhousings same in all f-engines? It ain't problem to make a adapter, but would be much nicer if it's same. Thanks allready

i think the important question is,did your kaiser come with a hydra-matic ( www.rodnkustom.com/rocketeers/hydramatic/index.html ) transmission? if yes, then a cadillac or oldsmobile is an easy swap-george

Yes, there is different crankend if manual or automatic transmission. In my car is a threespeed, overdrive manual.Continental engines are quite easy to find, because those are used in lift trucks and other that kind of working machines. Indeed it's easier to get parts and cheaper to blueprint Continental engine than many other engine
