Welcome Sam, I just had to reply to your post. I am a lifelong drag racer. Pretty much done it all, Hot Rods, altereds, dragsters since 1956. I've run front engine and rear engine top fuel and funny cars. Now I run a nostalgia 1965 Logghe frt eng TF dragster and a 79 Corvette nostalgia FC. That pic was taken at Atco Raceway in New Jersey about 1 minute before we did a strait up, on the bumper wheelstand. That is the last time we will run the car without wheelie bars.
