Customs AC help

    I've found 2 blowing the wrong way on cars I've worked on. In both case I switched the wires and it blew the other way. I also believe they were wired wrong to begin with, but fan blades move air based on the direction of rotation,especially most modern electrics.

    1st choice is mechanical fan or i'd use a flex a lite flexwave puller fan.3000 cfm .they work and are thin.ditch that **** shroud.

    Look at Vintage Air solid, blade fans, they have the mounting flange center of the blades which might help if you tight with space between the radiator and motor. Most all the other fans have the blades offset to the rear.
    With the shroud you have, your radiator is now the size of the fan opening, the parts that are blocked are doing very little to cool the engine.

    It would be a useful and cost free test to remove the shroud and fan from the front and verify the temp when driving along. Just don't get caught in a jam on the freeway, or getting to and from it!
