I have a 1965 chevy C10 with a Holley topped 350 and th350 trans. I had a 350 in it with some mild mods and higher rpm stall torque converter. It blew up and I just got rebuilt block from O'Reilly and put it in. This new motor does not have near about as much torque as my older one and I am having trouble accelerating. If I am at a complete stop I have to feather the gas in order to take off without killing it. After the throttle hits a certain patch is smoothes out a bit. I've been told timing is off or the stall in the torque converter is too high for the stock engine. I was just wondering if any one else has had the same problems or anything and just what do yal think is wrong
