    Good accident!
    Happy for you.

Can we maybe build them by accident?

    "No!"

I know that Jeff wants a custom, but, there is a really sweet 40 Merc HOT ROD that shows up in OKC each year. So, in defense of that guy I just wanted to point it out. Wish I could find a picture of it. But I know that Jeff wants a custom Merc.

LOL! Well, I want a custom, but also can't build motors stock. So, it will be a custom that will also move out of its own way well too.

No kidding! He should be done this week from what I am seeing. But, he also started with a way better car.

I did get some wheels dismounted yesterday and brought them to work today to have them blasted and painted black (one of the free perks of working where I do) so I can start to at least make it better looking sitting in the corner... :p

Did get a couple wheels painted today although not mounted yet. Maybe tomorrow since I don’t have a whole class of students to help. :p These are just for rollers to help with my own motivation and end vision. I have two paint color choices where I work...orange or black, so I chose black for now. :D

Thanks Lee! Actually, they should arrive tomorrow in the mail. I found them on that auction site.

Sorry to @Tman and others who liked the IROC wheels. :D This will be the last set of radials the car has while I own it, but at least they are better than what was on it. I can’t deal with stuff like chrome mods or Camaro wheels on what will be a traditional custom.

Straightening the shop so figured the best storage spot for the decklid was where it belongs.

Very cool how to books . Someone had already laid out the cut lines but I’m not sure that is where to make the cuts .
