Art & Inspiration Acetylene Smoke images

Working for my dad in his structural steel fabrication shop 40 years ago when I was just a kid, this little ***** that worked for him burned through a pair of my work gloves (had my name on them and everything) and he wouldn't replace them. So I turned his jean jacket inside out when he was gone for lunch and acetylene "smoked" the arms before turning it back right side out. When he took off the jacket at home later that night his arms were black. Hahahaha. Screw you, buddy. Still laugh about it to this day.

Like my Drill Instructor in Basic Training used to say, "Smoke 'em if you got 'em boys".

 

It has its place in Hotrod/Custom history and as alluded looks pretty awesome if applied by someone who has the knack...The realistic flames not so much...

 

And "if you don't got 'em, get one from your squad leader".
