Hot Rods Adaptor for 5 1/2'' lug pattern to 4 1/2" hub

Does anyone know of a company that offers an adaptor that allows a wheel with a 5 1/2" lug pattern to be used on a 4 1/2" hub?

 

check w summit. i went other way. they had a lot of combos.

 

Google "wheel adaptors". You should find a few who make them. only use the ones that a lathe turned out of very thick stock, not the flimsy cast ones.
