Not too much happening here with project pics. Maybe not too many projects going on. How about we start a thread with one picture of our rides that we have never posted here.Maybe an oportunity for some lurkers to come out of the woodwork and others to share a pic of their ongoing project. Something different for us to view since we all like pics and the hot rods and babes thread is getting old [IMG]

    not!!!
here you go.. A pic in my work lot. I can't believe, here it is the first week of December and I'm still driving this thing 80 miles round trip to work. 4,500 miles since it was finished in the spring and if they don't put salt down..it'll be all year.Hell, I hate to take that flatty out..knowing my luck, the rebuilt 50 going in its place won't be nearly as reliable.

    Current finished ride

1965 Impala SS just put in a 502/502 and Richmond 5 speed this summer.

Replaces the car my wife and I dated in when we were in High School a long time ago.

    Kartbreaker,
That picture captures the whole thing for me! I can remember riding my cousins mini bike down a road like that when I was about 12 years old. Out of a stand of trees ahead came a roadster much like that one. Changed me forever.

    Oh, picture.

Six5monster, You don't post nearly enough updates on that car for my liking. I love that thing. Has anyone approached you from the magazines for some coverage on the history and whatnot?

Ooohhhh...I see a '39 or similar cross member in there I think. What pedals are you using and how did they fit? Transmission? I used the same X member and my pedals fit perfectly after drilling two new holes. Had to move the trans up and back about three inches. Interesting.

I don't know about YOU guys but I don't ever get tired of seeing the SAME OLE RIDE. WE may get tired of putting up pics of our projects and cars. But I personally never get tired of seeing all these vehicles. I wouldn't be here if I did. They never get old to me...................

The sad part is that when the photographer (who if I remember correctly was a woman) posted the request, she was mostly taunted. And all she wanted to do was take some pictures of some hot girls in front of some cool cars. She probably thought to herself that surely a bunch of GUYS wouldn't have a problem with that.

I'm glad you posted this, so now all of the HAMB intro-police FAGS might realize how incredibly GAY they truly are.
