History Advice on photo w/ Car

I'm trying to find out exactly what kind of car is in the photo with my Grandmother and mom. It was my Grandparents 1st car in San Francisco and it was 1946. I always thought it was a 1932 Ford Vicky but not 100% sure. Any knowledge on exactly what it is would be appreciated. Thank you

 

I’m gonna say that’s a 33 Chevy..?

 

I also have to agree on the Chevy especially the beltline.

 

I went with 33 because I can zoom in and those look like 33 hood sides with the closable vents. This body style was 33-35 but the 33s had one year only hood sides.

 

I can almost see the shadows of the "bow tie" on the hub cap. I believe you gentleman are correct. What Chevy model is equivalent to "Vicky"?

 

Chevrolet didn’t have a Vicky past 1932. They had a club coupe kinda in 32 but that was the last.

Your photo is a 4 door sedan.....you can see the rear quarter window and the hinges on the rear suicide door.
