I just yarded out a pair of Aerostar springs from a local pull-your-own. They fit the Jamco LCA pocket, but the inside diameter will NOT allow them to fit the upper spring pocket. The inside diameter of the spring is too small and will not slip over the embossed portion that should hold the spring, also these appear to be only about one-inch shorter spring compared to the stock coils.

I am aware of the Moog CC850 spring, but I am curious if anyone has installed a different (possibly stock) Aerostar coil.

    TIA

The MOOG CC850 are front coils for 1986-1997 Aerostars this shows the stock spring and the Aerostar Moog Spring side by side clearly more than 1" difference.
