I'm trying to identify a Carter AFB carburetor with no tag and no stampings. It's an earlier model and has THREE mixture screws in the front (one large one in the center and two 'normal' ones on each side of it). It does have a choke and it's the stove pipe kind. It's got weighted secondaries too. Most Carter's have a tag, or they have a number stamped on either the front or back of the base, some even stamped them in other places. This carb has NO stampings for ID. It came from a top notch Pontiac goo-roo so I'm betting it's vintage Pontaic but I sure would like to ID it for sure, both application and CFM.
If anybody can give me infor on this I would be greatful. I'll take some pics later and post them with this post.
    I like a good challange.............
