Hot Rods aftermarket hubcap?

I figured you guys might know. Or maybe its a chrysler or something. The problem was there was only 3.

Yup, '57 plym. just rivet them to a 15' trim ring and pop them on your 15' wheels...works great. That is after you find 3 more and clean that one up
