This is a universal aftermarket license plate bracket designed to clamp on the grille or bumper. This unit was manufactured by the International Manufacturing Company of Roxbury Massachusetts. It is a Rayline model #596. The mounting hardware is complete and still in the original paper envelopes. The box is in very nice condition with the exception of the torn bottom flap. This is a nice part for someone building a car with period correct parts. There is no ZIP code, only a Postal Zone. I believe this would date production prior to 1963.
