Just bought a old custom chopped 50 merc, and I broke the bank to buy it now I gotta go cheep on the air ride install. Any quick cures for the wind up you get with runnin one spring on each side in the rear? Any cool ideas? If my camera didnt take such huge pics I would post one of the car.

I think the bag on mine helps stiffen up the spring. I'm running about 4 leaves though, not a single. With four leaves, the car will drop all the way down until the axle hits the snubbers.

my 50 Chevy only had a couple leaves but it also had lowering blocks to get it down ont he snubbers. i mounted the bag in front of the axle on top of the spring and it worked great.
FYI. if you need bags or other parts for your air ride let me know and i can hook you up pretty good on some Airlift stuff.
email me if your interested. kustombuilder@earthlink.net
