I have used valves from them and found that they were actually quite nice. never had any problems on my truck. i sold it to a buddy and he hasn't had any issues either. I think it depends on what you get.

They're only a couple of miles away from me. I drove down there a couple of mounts ago and bought a set of bags from them. The operation looks a little sketchy. They work out of this sketchy old warehouse. You have to go to the back of this warehouse and walk 300 feet through this trailer yard to get to the entrance. There is no business sign anywhere. I had to call them 3 times to find the place. The entrance to their business is sketchy. The store front looks sketchy. It's basically a*****hole. It's one of those types of places that could be gone the next day and nobody would notice a thing.

They also have these sketchy business policies. For instance, they have life time warantee on the air bags, but when you go to swap them, they charge you like a 35% restocking fee, or some fee along those lines. At least that's what I was told.

Having said all of that, the bags that I bought from them seem alright. I haven't used them yet, but they don't look any better or worse than name brand bags. They also whole sell to a lot of smaller shops. From what I gather, it is the vehicle-specific kits they sell that are garbage, not the individual components. I've heard really bad stories about their customer service also, and after seeing their operation, I wouldn't doubt it.

Will I use them again? Probably, but I wouldn't buy anything sophisticated from them. I will only drive down there and buy fittings and such, but I wouldn't buy a kit from them, especially if they have to ship it to another state. They seem to have the lowest prices on fittings and things of that nature, and they're down the street from me. Those make dealing with them a little easier.

    I hope this helps! :)
