Does anyone know where to find rotors for an Airheart disc brake set up for Olds/Pontiac rear end?? My rotors need replacing soon.

The only way to get new rotors for the Airhearts is to make them yourself or have them made. While not difficult it gets pricey because they have to be blanchard ground to thickness and you are only doing 2. To have them made you would be at over half the cost of buying a complete new braking system from Willwood and a better system. Offset the cost buy selling the Airhearts to restoration people, since this is from a working car, the calipers are in good shape.
PM me if you still want them made.

8 on 7 and 7-5/8 is a common solid rotor bolt pattern for Wilwood and A/H so you might find a Wilwood rotor that will work.

I'm with going to a new system, which would mean readily (less expensive) available parts.

The brakes actually are working quite well. I'd really like to keep the set up on the car since it still has a lot of the vintage parts from the 70's still on it. One of the rotors has some scoring but they are still thick and maybe I'll see if it will clean up with turning it. I also want to rebuild the Hurst master, get new pads and rebuild the calipers but I do see parts to rebuild them online so going through the master and the calipers should be easy.

Yeah it looks like if your still interested in making a set of these for my altered I'll have you do it. When I put the car away for the season I'd like to go forward with it.
