Have a question about Al Barnes. Al Barnes was a member of the Albata Racing Club of Los Angeles in the late 1940s and early 1950s. Is this the same Al Barnes who was a cam grinder for Howard Cams in L.A. during the 1950s? If so, is he still around? I would really like to hear anything about Al Barnes of the racing scene in L.A. Thanks.
