If you go to google maps and zero in on Charlotte where exit 25 is off I77 and pinpoint it it should give la***ude and longitude by getting directions to that pinpoint.

Less than a week now, Looking forward to it.

I'm hoping to be there to send you guys off. Daemon and me are planning on starting my '32 5w that day after breakfast (even though I should be working on getting m 35 on the road) but hopefully I'll be there for inspiration and then head back to hustle on my heap!

JJ, strap a deuce shell on your daily driver and ride along. No, I guess that would be like cardboard wheel covers at Billetproof. BTW I have some rough directions to the young man's house with the '32 five window west of the steam plant that I told you about if you want them.

The address is 9801 Sam Furr Road, Huntersville NC. -

We meet in the parking lot where the yellow push pin is ... :)
On the photo, You can clearly see the Interstate 77 and the exit off the Interstate. The Target shopping center is just down the highway ... on the left.

If you turn into the shopping center where Sam Furr Road is written ... there is a service station directly on the left ( on the corner ). Most of the 32 folks fuel up there before the Run starts ... but we generally stop a couple times at fuel stops during the run.

The National Weather Service is forecasting a pretty day, ZERO per cent chance of rain and a high temperature of 85 degrees in Blowing Rock NC

CANNOT wait until Saturday :D :D

How many do you think will be with you? Call me when your ready to pull out and we'll be waiting at the entrance ramp at 85 and Hwy 101, Looks like it will be timed right cause it will take me about 30 mins to get to the ramp.

How about this guy ... Bill Ritter ?? Is he coming with you upstate DEUCE folks ??

He asked me to mail him a flyer and he said he wanted to hook up
with some of the upstate DEUCE folks and run up to the starting point. :)

Too bad that Ken ( in the blue fordor ) has to go see about his mother-in laws business and cannot make it this year. He has not missed the run in quite a few years.

Don't know I had just met him for the first time, Ken talked to him about the run and he was real interested.

I am having a tough time deciding :)
Why don't you come down here, choose the one you want to drive
to the ALL DEUCES RUN and I will throw you the keys. You drive it on the ALL DEUCES RUN ...
Then I will drive the one you do not pick :D :D

Two old BLACK 32 Ford DEUCES up the highway to Charlotte
and we will make a day of it.

Just to let you guys know at 8am there is a breakfast in Concord with some Iron Lords at Punchy's Diner but if you don't want to stray that far away from the rendezvous point, there is another called Cars and Coffee at the Harris exit off 77 which is two before exit 25 if coming from the South. I heard they get a couple hundred cars over there but be forewarned a lot of them are going to be Ferraris and Lambo's and will scoff and the sight of a hot rod hahah!!!

Ah don't beat yourself up over it HRP. Our breakfast has turned into a joke with us not getting designated parking spots, and a few other issues which makes it seem like there is only 2-3 cars there each month. I think it was a lot better at the old place but whatever I'm just excited to have some breakfast :)

i might not even be there tomorrow since I won't have anyone to watch my son Memphis. I might be there to see you guys leave though since it's literally 2 miles from my house just down 73.

Watch out for them Hardees biscuits, Randy, or you'll go back to being the full-sized Deuce Roadster instead of the current 2/3 sized one! :D Hope you have a great run. vic

  25. It would be a tough decision.

Beautiful weather and scenery would demand the Roadster!

But rain like you had late in the day last year, plus A/C would speak well for the 3-window.

What? NO radio or stereo in either?

    Forget it! ;)

But still hoping you will bring one of them up my way next week for the little car show at the church. You can say HI to Scarlett!
