It's that time of the year again fellas.......... All Mercury show at Pearson Park in Anaheim,Ca. I know it is a mix of everything but it is at a pretty cool historic park.I just thought with the huge Hamb Merc club it would be cool to have some traditional mercs at the show. Just thought I would put it out there.

Bad Bob;YES,they moved it last year,much nicer location,only a mile or so South of La Palma Park on Harbor. ROY.
Myron;you never know how many Comets will show up!! One year we had about 30,then it dropped off to maybe 6,last year there were only 9,you just never know!!! ROY.
I work right down the street off La Palma. Went one year and got a bunch of **** from two "restorers" for DESTROYING my car. Maybe this year i'll take the before photo so they can see that I actually saved it,NOT ruined a nice stocker. That's okay...usually don't care what anybody says anyways,haha! BTW-you can search for the pic's I took from the show I went to.
You have to laugh at some of these idiots aye Bob. Most of the time, they would have s****ped what some of us have to start with. Like you say, Who cares what they say anyway...
Bob it sounds like you might be thinking of the all Ford show.There are mostly restorers there but I have never gotten that vibe at the Merc show.Last year there was a small handful of custom mercs.
Nope....I know the difference between a Ford and a Mercury,haha. It was an all Mercury show. I've gone to the Ford shows at La Palma park for many years. The guy running this show had a black and white '56 Mercury. These two guys came in a '39 Mercury Coupe,and really gave me some ****. I had the only chopped Merc there. Lots of Comets,Cyclones,Cougars. That's cool...we all are allowed to have our own opinions. I'll try to make it.
I won't say they were idiots,just critical. The show was great. Really nice cars,almost all were stock. I prefer the All Ford show anyways,cause they have all types of cars and allow Mercurys. GREAT raffle too!
Ya im not sure if im going or not but I just wanted to post it. At the all Ford show they let in a lot of Mercurys.I went last year and I was the only chopped one there.
I here ya Bad Bob,I got h***eled by a restorer for making a drag racer out of my 65 Comet one year,he has been the ONLY one ever.I went to Knotts for years,finally got fed up with it becoming a late model Mustang show that a few cool old Ford products show up to.I hope you guys bring your Mercs out,different vibe since the Cougar Club took over. ROY.
Well I guess this one isn't a Hamb favorite.I just figured with the Merc club and all,it should be posted.We will see how the weather is in the a.m. .
