    im seeing a trend with all the steering wheels to.. i never liked sectiond mercs, but always loved that ragtop!! guys work is awesome! and yeah that stang is evil!!
     
  4. You should see it in person, Its hard to get your head wrapped around it till you really see how low it is!!! Heres a few more with his Caddy!!!

    reminds me of a guy the next town over. he biult a sectioned mustang too, and biult acouple other crazy kustoms. lenny legere is his name, they must have drank the same koolaide!

    couldnt find a pic of the mustang, but heres the sectioned javelin he did..sorry for thr hijack, just thought it was cool how much these 2 guys think alike..

    surprised that it wasn't in Salina. Thanks for posting the pics I thought that it would
    be small kinda Vetteish. Seeing it sitting beside the Caddy you can get a kool perspective.
    He did all of that Body work and paint it black, He has skills...

    I love the look of kelly's rides ! I can forgot the use of cordoba light with a 59 pontiac side trim :D

    That mustang is not my thing, but it's sick ! :eek:

    Elden titus used some cordoba rings on a couple of mercs i helped him with when i was a kid......I liked them then, and still do........If I ever built a merc, I would use them........

  13. My merc has Cordoba head lights (no parking lights).

    I came form L.A. in 1994 to the Merc/duece reunion. kelly's sectioned convertible blew me away. It was far and away the top merc there. I had no idea it was owner built. I'm even more impressed now, knowing that fact.

    That is a name I havent heard in years!! Thanks Anthony for a great thread. Always loved Kelly's cars

    all you have to do is send a letter nominating someone to KKOA!! and why they should be.

    Thats a really nice merc. Reminds me of a milder, green, "Cool 50"

    wow! That mustangs gives me goosebumps, of course with diff paint n wheels, but proportions are incredible and to chop one of those fastbacks you gotta be king....and the javelin..oh mama! yeah i read its not his.
    All others are great too but less my cup, the 32 would rule with proper rolling stock.
