Thought I'd bring this back to the top as a good entry-level HAMB "re-focus on traditional" thread. The Boss doesn't ask for much from us :).

Damn hard to pick just 3, so I won't.

  8. DAM! This is a very hard choice for only three. But if I must pick three.

  9. I love Roadsters and I've archived almost everything I could that involves roadsters.

I have to agree with Evel on this selection...

IF you're wondering why I'm digging up old posts and why I've been on the site more often than before is because I'm waiting through another Chemotherapy for Rosetr.

This site has been my sanity and I enjoy scanning through as well as contributing to the threads... thanks for the laughs and info!

Thought I'd include the "Dirty side of Roadsters" that has influenced "Hot Rods as we know it...

    Ummm.
    Sandy Belond's 32. The triple nickle 555 A, the isky T.

Nope!! My brain exploded. I can't decide. I can't look after the real big name all timer roadsters properly anyway.

Instead of absolute milestones., I'd prefer to have three nice examples of roadster that I could mess with, restore a bit and drive. I'd probably still want cars with a bit of provenance, though, for that good mojo.
Many of my favourites are already taken too , so I shall proffer some different ones. Instead of Isky's T, I'll pick Multi Aldrich's one. (Then I get to mess with a banger)

Maybe Gil Ayala's 32, a nice survivor with an honest flatty (love the mechanical brakes too) and that'd probably have to be my street driven car .

I'd probably want a nasty competition car that I had licence to mess with. A hemi is nice, so the injected yellow Dawson Hadley A, Now running as the Flying Dutchman .

Really, there are so many great cars that have been built. These three always made me smile. Picking one is very hard, but I would grab the keys to the McGee car, it's history including Bonneville , magazines, movies ect is just too much to pass up. It did it all and always looked good doing it.

I love Mark Mortons roadster....the ragtop is spot on,the wheel/fender fit is perfect, the stance is just so right.......

I also like Ken Gross's roadster......

Billy Gibbons' roadster built by Rudy Rodreguez is also in my top three..
