Gonna take my Merc for allignment in this week, and have some specific Q's for you..... PM me if you have a few min's to talk. Thanks-Kid
It shouldn't be much of a problem except finding someone who actually knows how to adjust the caster and camber on a stock Merc front end with coil springs. With manual steering you are going to want it pretty close to stock specs. If you have any other questions on it pm me. the specs I found were: Caster: Zero Camber: +3/8 degrees Toe in: 1/8 inch Kingpin inclination: 5 degrees You don't want a whole lot of caster on that suspension setup or it will end up steering like a lumber wagon as it isn't designed for it. I usually run a bit more + camber on the driver's side to compensate for the crown in the road and to get the car to track a bit straighter as that is the way I was taught to do it and it has always worked well for me.
