When I'm "finished" with my current project, I would love to get a wagon of some sort

  10. Thanks Jigger ... but just a head's up, a panel delivery is usually a truck chassis and a sedan delivery (SDL) is car chassis .... mine is a 59 wagon chassis.

I've had this one for a few years (63 Galaxie Country Sedan 9-passenger), but just now really started showing it any love. Recently swapped in a set of t-bird discs, dropped in a 390 bored .040 over, new set of dual pipes with porters, recovered the front and rear seats, and put on some new shoes (I know some of you will object to the wide whites on a 60s ride, but I diggum).

Anyway, future plans include a possible swap to four-speed (currently still running the three on the tree), front buckets and console, and some new paint (just too much red for me as it sits).

For now, just gonna drive the piss out of it and enjoy time behind the wheel of the big old boat.

I wrecked my '56 Montery when I was 18. I didn't see another one until this white Montery cruised past at Back To The 50's in 2008. The owner I are great friends now. If Don ever tires of it, I have 1st choice.
