here's the best part of this stuff.. my girlfriend (10+ years now) built and dyno tested the engine in our 29 model A truck,(i may have helped a little bit) .. we drive it everwhere, use it for a chase car for the dragster, and she races it.. every chance we get.. and i drive it every freakin' day !! (except the foggy days..no heater/defrogger....yet...)
anyway, i'm proud of her,and thought you guys might like to see her "in action"
    oh,yeah it's an old school 327, made 357 h.p. @ 5800 :D

I'll play but it may have too much bling for some and it's glass so it may not be "Hamb Friendly". Not quite sure what that means but I read all these 516 threads and found them all interesting to some degree so maybe I am a Hamber or maybe not. I just love looking at all these cars and when I drive down the street, I get alot of smiles.

It's out of the garage but not quit ready for the road. This has been my retirement project (after all of the honey do-s).

    relatively new here still....
    started out like this
    [IMG]

stretched the frame to fit this
    [IMG]

before i pulled the engine back out for repaint. radiator is mounted now, engine is about ready to go back in with a T5. Have most of the parts for it, just need some time. built a mockup rear seat so i could see what I've got to work with in the means of fuel tank size. Need to build the front seat now so I can start work on the cowl structure and mounting steering box/controls. There's a lot I need to do...

I know this is a little new for the HAMB but it's in true 60'S style. It also was a true little old lady car. I bought it from the original owners. Even had an inventory tag from the dealer. Has a 250 6cyl. A/T, P/S. Rubber floor mats. I had a 29 Model A sedan and a 55 Ford 2 dr sedan, but have sold the both in the last year. Looking for an early Econoline now. Want to relive my youth.Ther's 13 coats of clear and HOK flake on the roof.

My challenge is in my avatar, I bought it off a fellow hamb member. Old Ford Panel body. Slowly but surely I am going to bring it back to cruising.
Great idea of starting this thread it's awesome! The projects, Family involvment, work shops/garages I enjoyed every page. H.A.M.B ALLIANCE RULES!
