Here is my 50 fleetline. The first pic is when I got it in 85. The second is when I graduated high school in 87. The last is the summer of 2002 with me and the misses. I was feeling patriotic after 9/11 and decorated the car. Talk about getting the thumbs while driving it around!! Its now just black primer, trying to decide on a wheel change.

I have built a few cars over the years. 50 ford sedan, 32 desoto, 50 chevy pick up which I still have and is all original. Got it from a friend that owned if for 15 years. during its life it has had 3 engine rebuilds and 11 paint jobs. not to shabby for 59 years.
I have had the purple bike since 2005 and building one in the process.
I also am working on a 30 model A coupe...it was in horrible shape when I got it. The back end and top was so bad it wasnt worth saving so it went bye-bye. I am now putting it all back together with a newer top section from the rufus ranch www.rufusranch.com If you get a chance check out his site go to Model A cars and parts for sale. I have known Tony for a few years and visited him in Brainerd, MN. He has 40 years worth of model A parts that he has accumulated. I bought my coupe and a very nice 28 sedan for a total of $2200 from him.
I ended up having to sell the ford and the desoto to pay for my move to Austin, TX yeah!
Thats it so far....I am thinking about doing a build thread for the coupe as soon as I get some funds. 7" chop and 2 " channel..already started plenty of room:D

pics of the coupe to come.....hard drive crashed

Thanks to another HAMBer, I just picked up a glass front clip.

Currently looking for a set of lowback fiberglass drag buckets.

well i have posted pictures before as well but here goes.....

These are of my car when i first got it(a month or so ago). not much has changed in the area of visual appeal, YET!! been working just to get it back on the road after sitting for 10+ yrs. can only imagine what some of yall must go through after a car sits for 30+ years. we changed the entire cooling system, now doing the brakes, and then we will start on everything else.

why in the world would the ride height, wheels, rocker panels, and bumpers be more important to me then a/c or seats? funny how priorities change and all normal thinking leaves the building!!! love it!

form or function?? thats the easiest of questions to answer in this world!!

My '53 Packard Clipper. Not the greatest pics, but hope to get better ones soon. All original so far. Not much as been done yet. Plan on making it a very mild custom.
