all though this doesnt compare to yalls projects....i have to start some where.

    1. 1 pictures is the daytime shots of when it got loaded on transporter.

    2. 4 other pictures is the nighttime shots of when the new(new to me and free) mirrors and removed center caps off wheels(the wheels i hate). there is so much to do!! doing alot of mechanical stuff. IE: brakes, cooling, and electrical.

soon i will be lowering the body over the GM chassis more(tons of room), seats, window treatments, and removing the rocker skirts!?!? whats the chances that the car has perfect rockers under that sheet metal skirt?? it did when they put it those ridicules things on in 1990 or so.... anyway, here ya go!!

    wish me luck!!!
    Chris

Ya gotta love that old, pea soup medium metal flake!! My grandmother had an electric can opener and refrigerator the exact same color I remember as a kid!

  16. Center Door I have had since 1978, and rebuilt it 3 times. The Coupe I have had for 5 years, loads of work carried out on that too.

Here are my two current hamb friendly projects. First is my '51 Austin A40. When this pic was taken it had a datun 510 drivetrain. Then it got a 350/350 combo and the frame bent in a trailering accident. Now it is awaiting me getting some free time.

Next is my 1946 Ford coupe. It has been a stock car since 1962. I am thinking about making it a street car again. Body is pretty straight.
