Technical Alright, got a power booster I can't identify

First, its on my 36, I built it with spare parts not knowing what this was. It has failed, now I need to know what it is, the master is ford, the pedal and pedal pad say ford, but the booster has no markings other than random numbers.

Irregular mounting pattern on the rear.

what does this say? back of the pedal pad. it looks like D2SZ?

D2S means 72 Tbird
