it shouldn't be loose once you tighten the bolt

Seb's referring to the 0.009 wall thickness of the sleeve or bushing needed to reduce the diameter of the hole by .0.018

 

The shim need or sleeve needs .019 when I get it.

 

Sure seems like alot of fuss for less than 1/32 of an inch.

 

.009 on each side of the bolt reduces hole by .018.
Òr does your shim only wrap one side of the bolt?
