Here are the newest 1:18 AWB-AFX now offered. The previous ones are about gone, so these should be coming in January 2011.











The first run was of Lee smith, Califirnia Flash, Melrose Missile, Sox & Martin, and Test Mule, and are either sold out or very low on quantity. This new run of injected cars is El Toro, The Virginian, Sox & Martin, then a universal Black and White with decal sheets. Check em' out if you wish at www.Supercar1.com

 

Who raced the El Toro car?
Is there anyone who can make special decals for these cars?

 

Ed Halsey ran El Toro. Car still exists today with a few changes/updates.

Noy sure of anyone making decals. Is there a certain car you want?

The EL TORO today, is not that different from the early version we are having made in 1:18....



Bringing the pre-production samples of all 5 AWB cars to the Musclecar and Corvette Nationals (all make musclecar show) at Donald E Stephens convention center in Rosemont, IL this weekend (Nov 20-21). Great event to attend.

That converted 4-door Nova looks great so far! Are they as easy to convert as the MoPars are?

 

Great vintage photo's... love looking at the backgrounds too, to see what else is there.

 

Any other info on the Stan Byrd car? Where was it from?

 

Stan was from Middletown, Ohio and the Flemingsburg area in Kentucky. He ran other Mopars such as "Mr Belvedere" also.

Now this is my era. The one pic I have never been able to find is Gene Snow's "Hemiroid". I think it was a '62 or '63 Plymouth.

Yes this was one of the 2% cars that wasn't altered in time.
