If i remember correctly this car was featured in a magazine article back in the day. While blown stockers were out there in small numbers i find it interesting that there were four in the chicago area.

I have an 8 x 10 photo of this car hanging in my office but I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the guy that send it to me. Anyone know his name? I know I must have sold him some decals but at age 70 my memory is slowing leaving me. Jimbo

I dislike re-posting my own photos but I'm still searching for any info on this Coronet. That is Joe Mangine behind the wheel. He purchased this car in the spring of 1968 as you see it. We lived in Lemont, Illinois, a suburb southwest of Chicago. I've tried off and on though the years to come up with something on this car, including Mopar racing sites and collectors groups, with no luck.

Not Dick Landy (as captioned) but rather it is Gary Dyer in the Mr Norm's Coronet. Landy never ran a blower on any of his Dodges. Roo
I saw Malcom Durham many times in the 60's and he was a Real Showman and also a very nice guy. The crowd always got their money's worth watching his burn outs and runs. Jimbo
