Ive got a 350 in my 56 truck. Getting ready to put a little AC in it for the summer time. Here is my problem, my alternator needs to be placed on the drivers side instead of the passengers side which it is currently on. I am running a long water pump. Can anyone help me with finding a drivers side alt. bracket for use with a long water pump? Thanks so much for the help in advance guys!

Here is what you need, an alternator mount bracket by Alan Grove:

I got one from them...fits perfect, awesome cust. service. I mounted mine on the pass. side, above and b/t the valve cover and intake manifold. They have brackets to put them WHEREVER the hell you want!!!

rramjet's got it--I've used Bill's stuff for years--works great and easy to assemble, plus no vibrations like many of the bracket's I've seen.
