EEBD6451-99D6-4921-B3F4-E0DD4C7E36BA.jpeg Theres a square pin under my alu powerglide Im wondering Whats for. And most important, is it solid or hollow. It argues with the hight, as it rests on a crossmember.
Anybody know? Can it be chopped?

Is it this part, in the yellow circle? Or something else? Hard to tell from your picture, you took the picture too close to see where everything is.

I think that part is solid, and can be cut off. But it would be good to make sure that is what you are talking about, first

What you see here is that pin squirrel has shown in yellow. It lays on my crossmember, that can look orange.

You can cut it off, it is solid cast aluminum.
