Which gear, the one on the cable or the one in the tranny? I thought you said you didn't have the gear in the tranny. If you just want a quick idea of how fast you are going for now, use this site... http://www.richmondgear.com/101032.html Put in whatever you said your rear end gear is, along with the diameter of your rear tires. Your second gear ratio should be 1:1, but I'm not sure about your first gear. Make a little chart and you'll have a good idea how fast you are going.
