we were watching the other night and we all had to stop and ask our selfs what toad was talking about. when toad gets steves 58 toad says its cooler the darrels something super flex moon. what is he talking about ?
super flex Moon. any ideas or ware hearing this wrong.

It was filmed primarily in the San Francisco Bay Area and the movie database record actually lists 23 filming locations, most in Petaluma and San Rafael, CA. It says Mel's Drive-in was at South Van Ness Avenue and Mission Street in San Francisco and has been demolished.

A friend Red owned the vett car lot where toad gets hammered by the sales guy and the other side of the lot was Jerrys cherrys. he had the chair till around five years ago.

 

What was the name of the used car lot? Never been able to make out what the sign says.

Duh, thanks. Not THAT one....the other one. The one with the big rocking chair. It has a sign, and the name is also painted on the door of a shop truck in the background, but I can't make out what it says.
