Earlier this month I purchased a pair of rear Model A coupe rear fenders, and received in short order (2) left rears, a fellow in Canada received the (2) right rears, I initially received emails regarding forthcoming UPS pickup labels etc. to rectify the situation. Since then, nothing, no response to phone messages or emails probably a half dozen each. I paid direct thru paypal, I'm thinking about opening a claim against them, the nonresponse is very disconcerting to say the least. Does anyone have any experience or direct lines of contact I might explore? Thanks, Phil cell 231 557-2056
What Brady suggested ! Good luck, can you communicate with the Canadian? Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
His name is Ronald Loosemore, that's the only info I have,. google hasn't pulled anyone up, think I'll try facebook......
Why should you pay for the company's screw up? Don't bother contacting the Canadian fella, just dispute the charge with Paypal. That will get the company to do the right thing (pay to ship the parts).
Got the owner involved, sales guy made a trip over to the nearby fender manufacturer and got a right rear made up. UPS has it and will deliver to me on Tues the 27th. Guy in Canada won't return the extra right rear he has, instead has filed a claim with ebay/paypal, still, I should have been kept up to speed, but shit happens.....................
I ordered a Sun Tach off of eBay that was advertised as new, when it arrived I could hear parts rattling around in the box. The chrome trim ring, glass and max rpm pointer was loose. The was also some funky looking glue on the tach case. I took pictures and filed a case with eBay. I received a prompt refund including the shipping. You might be better off filing with eBay instead of Pay Pal.
Looking to buy a pair of steel 32 coupe fenders from these guys. Brookfield is out of stock and are having production issues. I’m wondering if these may be Brookfield stock. Shipping seems high.
