These dealers are located in the small town I live in (Ravenel SC). IIRC they are both owned by the same person.

Think I found the inspiration for the new postal vehicles.

Is it just me, or did the Cybertruck borrow some styling cues from a snowmobile trailer?

I had that experience before! The radiator was sitting around at my place for a while. I needed a radiator, so I flushed it out quick with a garden hose, and installed it in the car build. About 6 months later on its first drive to reach operating temp, about the time it reached operating temp, the seam opened up almost as far as the one pictured (I was driving through town at 30 mph, no hood), had I been at highway speed it may have opened as far as the one pictured.

In my case, there must have been a mouse nest in the top of the radiator I couldn't see through the cap (or the mouse may have built the nest while the car was being built). I had driven the car a short distance a few times before, but it never reached operating temp. When the thermostat opened the extra flow (or lack of it) built up pressure and the top tank of the radiator split open, the windshield was covered with very hot mouse nest debris mixed well with the water. Some of the mouse nest debris pitted the new windshield! I can say, it took a few moments trying to figure out what was going on. It sounded like a shotgun going off, as water covered the windshield, then I could see the cores of the radiator. Didn't see the mouse nest stuff until I got out of the car.

I went home and grabbed another radiator from my collection (with out the flush) and installed it on the side of the street. That radiator went 7 years and 77,000 miles before I sold the car.

Somewhere earlier in this thread is a picture labelling the Cybertruck as a Deplorean.

    Now that thar is funny.

    Cheers,

I think I'd buy one or two, I didn't realize the 426 was still available in '71:
