    been busy with all the little stuff. i got the steering squared away tonight and the body mounts done. i'll be pulling the body tomorrow to start plumbing and wiring. :D

    Just gone through your build. Looking great. I hope you make it. I've stopped setting deadlines for myself.

    I have an almost O/T question. I noticed in your pile of parts at the start, your steering arms. I've seen that kind on a couple of cars. What brand are they and who stocks them?

    You should re-mount that trans, looks dangerous. Should weld a cradle on the frame and have a straight bar go under the trans and sit in the cradles in the frame and then use bolts to locate the bar and trans. You should NEVER mount a trans with shearing force on some bolts.. read a chassis building book, lots of pointers you could pick up.

    we got video of it running earlier but my buddy didn't get around to uploading it yet.

    i was gonna take it around the block but the tranny is wasted. i'll build it tomorrow and throw it back in and should be doing burnouts late tomorrow.

    the windshield turned out real nice. after getting the tranny squared away i ran into some issues on the rear brakes. :mad:

    The front steering arms are Pete & Jakes (Superbell) pieces. I got them from 'Vaphead' here on the HAMB.

    Sounds excellent, first video I played on my 'new' software. I can actually see AND hear it. Very cool, what cam do you have in there (I apologize if you already listed it and I missed it, or forgot, what was I saying:confused:)?
